nCycle offers technical guidance for overseeing or conducting environmental sampling activities; provides information and references to assist in implementation of sampling programs at hazardous waste sites; introduces concepts and issues related to physical sampling and assist with implementation of a site characterisation plan.
One of the experience is :- Sampling of disputed waste between two countires for the Basel Secretariat as an independent expert, and conducted sampling in accordance to International Standards. This project helped the countries solve their disputed “waste” issue.
- Provided the samples to an independent Laboratory and obtained the results.
- Assisted in the writing of the report and presented this report at Basel Secretariat, United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland in June 2005.

Thus, turning hazardous waste into non-hazardous which can be used as filler for concrete, material on a levelling layer or ballast in the construction of roads, embankments, dams etc…………….
